Each company’s financial reporting requirements are individual to them and we never supply clients with a standard report, when what they really need is specialised information.

Financial reporting to suit your needs

For example, one of our clients has a monthly accounts pack that runs to 25 pages. It covers two companies and includes profit reports, expenses breakdowns, revised forecasts and cashflow projections. All of these are compared against budgets prepared in advance of the financial year.

Other clients we have simply require an update to their single page profit and loss summary, and print-outs from their accounting packages.

Checking everything’s in order

Whilst preparing reports we also ensure there are not any additional reports needed that are not being prepared.

Recently we were able to provide two different clients, both in the construction industry, with schedules of retentions that had not been prepared for more than a year. These were created in addition to the regular monthly reports Hawthorn provides for them, as the clients required them urgently to act upon.
